‘ADIPURUSH’ PROVES TO BE COLOSSAL WASTE OF GOLDEN OPPORTUNITY

Adipurush may well go down in box-office history as an opportunity gone down the drain. Given the phenomenal advance booking and, therefore, a fantastic opening, the film was touted to be a blockbuster. But it will turn out to be a losing proposal! It netted Rs. 32 crore on the first day. After the poor reports, collections dropped to Rs. 30.50 crore on Saturday. The total for Sunday was Rs. 28.50 crore. The Telugu (dubbed) version also fared miserably after a flying start because of Prabhas’ presence in the cast.
