Sai USA Inc. has filed a lawsuit against Kapil Sharma for breach of contract. The matter releates to six shows which the stand-up comic and actor was contracted to do in North America in 2015. He was paid over a million dollars for the same. However, when Kapil failed to perform in one of the six cities, he promised to make up for the lost show.
Seven years later, Kapil Sharma is yet to perform another show. In other words, Sai USA Inc. has alleged that Kapil has neither fulfilled his promise nor refunded the money he received for the sixth show. Sai USA Inc. decided to drag the stand-up comic to court when he failed to respond to its demands for payment.
