Singer, sitting MP and former Union minister Babul Supriyo on 2nd August put an end to speculation about his political career by sticking to his decision to quit politics. He said that he would, however, continue to remain an MP. He added that there were MPs who continued to carry out their constituency responsibilities without being active in politics.
“You will not see Babul as a politician any more,” said the singer-MP on 2nd August after emerging from the home of BJP national president J.P.
