The Madhya Pradesh high court on September 2 issued notices to actress-producer-director Kangana Ranaut, the Centre, the Central Board of Film Certification and others on a PIL challenging the screening of her upcoming film, Emergency. The PIL alleges that the film contains scenes which violate the fundamental rights of the Sikh community.
