The National Commission for Women (NCW) has issued a notice to Swara Bhaskar for allegedly revealing the identity of the Hathras rape victim on Twitter. The Commission, which issued similar notices to BJP IT cell chief Amit Malviya and Congress leader Digvijay Singh, has also made it clear that they must remove these posts and refrain from sharing such posts in future.
