Ranveer Singh will not appear before the Chembur (Bombay) police today (August 22) as he has sought two more weeks’ time in the nude photographs case. The Chembur police on August 21 said that the actor had been summoned on August 22 for recording his statement in the case but the police would now give him another date.
The Chembur police had earlier gone to Ranveer’s residence in Juhu (Bombay) to serve him a notice. However, he was not at home and the police was told that he was out of the city and would return on August 16. That’s when the police had asked the star to appear before them on August 22.
