Cinemas in Orissa have been permitted to reopen. The Orissa state government passed orders for the reopening of cinemas in the state with effect from 1st January, 2021. Most of the cinemas actually restarted operations from today (2nd January). All COVID guidelines have to be strictly followed by the cinemas.
