Business tycoon Pallonji Mistry breathed his last yesterday (27th June) in Bombay. He was 93 and is survived by two sons and two daughters. The construction and real estate king of India is said to have had wealth of $13 billion, making him one of the richest persons in India and getting him the 143rd place in the list of the richest in the world.
Shapoorji Pallonji Group, founded in 1865, covers six business segments viz. engineering and construction, infrastructure, real estate, water, energy and financial services. It is spread across 50 countries.
He had also produced blockbuster Mughal-E-Azam (1960).
