The Oshiwara (Bombay) traffic police recently issued an e-challan to a car owner for obstructing traffic at Andheri West in Bombay. The vehicle had halted in the middle of a busy road for Rakhi Sawant to get in.
A video clip of Rakhi pointing at other vehicles caught in the traffic jam and saying, “Jahan hum khade hote hain, line wahin se shuru hoti hai. Ruk jaao” has gone viral. The Bombay police took the action of issuing the e-challan after the Andheri-Lokhandwala-Oshiwara Citizens’ Association posted the clip on Twitter.
