Double tragedy struck the Chaturvedi family when two members passed away within four days of each other. Erstwhile veteran Delhi-U.P. booker Ramesh Chand Chaturvedi breathed his last at home on the morning of 4th May. His widow, Prabhwati Chaturvedi, passed away on the morning of 8th May peacefully in her sleep
