Veteran industrialist Ratan Tata, in his personal capacity, has acquired a stake in the public limited Pritish Nandy Communications. He bought the stake by buying shares from the market last week. Details about the size of the investment and the stake picked up are not available. After his retirement from Tata Sons in 2012, Tata has become an active start-up and technology investor.
Shares of PNC ended at Rs. 23.50 by close of trade on the Bombay Stock Exchange on 15th March. They were up 9.8% compared to the closing price of Friday (12th March). Pritish Nandy Communications was started by journalist Pritish Nandy.
