Although it is the Gujarati film Chhello Show which is India’s official entry for the Oscars in the best foreign language film category, the producers of RRR have entered their film in all categories of the Oscar awards. The makers of RRR have started the Oscar For Your Consideration (FYC) campaign of the film in all categories including best motion picture, best director (S.S. Rajamouli), best actor (Jr. NTR and Ram Charan), best supporting actor (Ajay Devgan), best supporting actress (Alia Bhatt) and best original song (Naatu Naatu). The other categories in which the Telugu film is competing are best original score, best editing, best sound, best original screenplay, best cinematography, best production design, best costume design, best make-up and hairstyling, and best visual effects.
