Elections to the Rajya Sabha from Karnataka may be a cakewalk for actor-producer-director Jaggesh. He is contesting for a seat alongwith Union finance minister Nirmala Sitharaman, outgoing BJP MLC Lehar Singh Siroya, former Union minister Jairam Ramesh, Congress state general secretary Mansoor Ali Khan and former JD(S) MP D. Kupendra Reddy. Sitharaman, Jaggesh and Jairam Ramesh may have it easy as they have the support of 45 MLAs, which is what is required to win the elections. But there may be a tough fight between the other three for the fourth seat in the Upper House.
