Saif Ali Khan underwent a tricep surgery recently after an old injury got aggravated during the shooting of his Devara. He was admitted to Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital in Bombay after he was injured while performing an action sequence for the film.
The tricep tendon was badly torn, necessitating the surgery.
