Sana Khan, who shot to fame with Bigg Boss 6 and then went on to act in films and TV serials, has called it quits from the entertainment world. In a long Instagram post, she wrote that she had decided to bid goodbye to showbiz and serve humanity and follow the orders of “my Creator”. She had appeared in films like Jai Ho and Wajah Tum Ho. In February this year, she had had a fallout with boyfriend Melvin Louis and had accused him of cheating on her with several other women.
Last year, actress Zaira Wasim had similarly quit the film industry after acting in films like Dangal, Secret Superstar and The Sky Is Pink. She had posted her decision to leave showbiz, on Facebook, and had expressed her unhappiness with her line of work as it threatened “my relationship with my religion”.
