Shatrughan Sinha and Raj Babbar have been named in the list of star campaigners for the Congress in the ensuing Bihar elections which will start on 28th October. Babbar was one of the leaders who had written to party president Sonia Gandhi, demanding an organisational haul as its star campaigners for the elections.
