Yesteryears’ Delhi-U.P. distributor Tara Chand Mehra breathed his last on 3rd February in Meerut. He was the owner of Kwality Pictures and also used to control Kamal cinema in Bareilly.
Rasam pagri and Brahm bhoj were held on 6th in Meerut.
