Asit Modi (in picture above), producer of popular and long-running television show Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, and actress Jennifer Mistry Bansiwal (in picture above) are locked in a legal battle. The actress, who plays the character of Roshan Sodhi in the serial of which she has been a part since a decade, has accused Modi, executive producer Jatin Bajaj and operations head Sohil Ramani of harassment including sexual harassment. On the other hand, the producer and the other two unit members of the TV show have dubbed her complaint baseless and accused her of being highly unprofessional. They have alleged that she has made the horrifying claims as her services were terminated because of her lack of discipline and focus.
