Gulmohar Media in association with the Association of Voice Artistes India (AVA) launched a voice bank (www.voicebankindia.com) on 15th August in Bombay at Elite Banquets, Andheri.
Voice Bank India is a non-profit initiative by Gulmohar Media in collaboration with the Association of Voice Artistes India. The platform enables voice artistes to showcase their work and also allows industry partners like producers to access the same to facilitate hiring of their services. Since the voices can be filtered on the basis of gender, age group and tonality, it is designed to become a one-stop solution for voice casting and to ease out the tedious audition process. It will be available for free to all. The initiative is the brainchild of voice artiste Sumeet Pathak who is the COO and managing director of Gulmohar Media.
