The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has received four bids for the ambitious international film city project. The deadline for submitting bids for the project spanning 230 acres in Sector 21 of the Yamuna Authority region was January 5. The four bids received are from:
(i) Supersonic Technobuild Pvt. Ltd. (Maddock Films, Cape of Good Films LLP and others);
(ii) Bayview Projects LLP (Boney Kapoor and others);
(iii) Super Cassettes Industries Pvt. Ltd. (Bhushan Kumar);and
(iv) Lions Films Pvt. Ltd. (K.C. Bokadia and others).
The entire project is of 1,000 acres. The first phase involves the development of the Film City on 230 acres.
