Erstwhile Delhi-U.P. distributor Vijay Sharma breathed his last yesterday (6th April) in Delhi. He was cremated at Nigam Bodh Ghat in Delhi yesterday.
Vijay Sharma was the working partner of United Pictures Traders which used to be one of the leading film distribution concerns of Delhi-U.P. in the 1970s and 1980s. Among the films distributed by the company were Aasha, Gandhi, Deedar-E-Yaar, Krodhi and Kudrat. The company shut shop in the early 1990s.
Chautha ceremony will be held on Monday, 8th April from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. in Delhi at Shah Auditorium, M6CF+MJH, Raj Niwas Marg, Civil Lines.
