The 72nd National Film Awards were presented at the hands of President Droupadi Murmu on 22nd September at Ekta Nagar in Gujarat’s Kevadia. On the occasion, I & B minister Ashwini Vaishnaw said that the government planned to take these awards to some of the best tourist destinations across states.
He urged all the states to send in their proposals of the best tourist places, and prepare and executive 360 degree development plans in those areas.
