AJAY DEVGAN PLAYS HERO FOR RESIDENTS OF DHARAVI SLUM | 2 June, 2020

Ajay Devgan has proved to be a real-life hero for residents of Dharavi, one of the largest slums of Asia, which has recorded many coronavirus cases. The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation opened a 200-bed COVID-19 field hospital at Dharavi, which was built in just 15 days. Ajay paid for 200 oxygen cylinders and two portable ventilators at the new centre. The actor made the contribution through Ajay Devgan Films Foundation which had earlier provided ration kits for 700 families in the slum. The centre will treat all COVID-19 patients except the very serious ones.
