An arrest warrant was issued last month by the additional chief judicial magistrate, Andheri court, Bombay against producer Arun Kumar (Setters) in a cheque bouncing case. The bailable warrant was issued in a case under section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, filed by director Ashwini Chaudhary.
Arun Kumar’s next, Kissa Court Kachehari Ka, is due for release on March 13.
