The Greater Chennai Municipal Corporation personnel pasted a home quarantine sticker at the office of Kamal Haasan on 28th March, leading to speculation that he was quarantined for the dreaded coronavirus. The sticker, however, was removed soon thereafter. The Corporation clarified that their staffers had put the sticker because actress Gautami Tadimalla had returned from Dubai recently and her passport mentioned that as her address.
It may be mentioned here that Kamal and Gautami were a live-in couple for many years before they split in 2018.
