There seems to be a rift in the Telugu film industry. Actor Nandamuri Balakrishna on 28th May told press persons that he had learned from the media that film shootings would resume in June, hinting at the possibility of brewing tension in a divided Telugu film industry. He added that on a request from industry bigwigs, he had made some suggestions on how shootings should resume after the lockdown is lifted, but he added that he was not aware of the developments thereafter. “That the film industry is holding deliberations with the Telangana government is something I came to know only through TV and papers. I have no idea what the deliberations are.
