Salman Khan’s personal bodyguard, Shera alias Gurmeet Singh, joined the Shiv Sena political party on 18th October in the presence of party chief Uddhav Thackeray and Yuva Sena president Aditya Thackeray at Matoshree, the Thackeray residence in Bombay. The Assembly polls in Maharashtra were held three days later, on 21st October. Shera assured that he would campaign for the Sena candidates. Shera owns a security agency.
