Sameer Nair has stepped down as CEO of Applause Entertainment. He greenlit many projects during his decade-long tenure, many of which were hugely successful and made Applause one of India’s leading studios in the web series world.
Sameer had launched Kaun Banega Crorepati on television before he joined Applause. He also held leadership posts at Star India, NDTV Imagine and Balaji Telefilms at various stages in his career.
