The house help of actress Shubha Khote was arrested on 16th April for allegedly stealing Rs. 1.5 lakh from her flat at Juhu in Bombay. The accused, Yogiraj Pujary, has confessed to stealing the cash, the police said. He was sent to police custody till 20th April. According to the police, the 82-year-old actress asked the 28-year-old Pujary to get Rs. 1 lakh from the bank for paying salary and for miscellaneous expenses. Around Rs. 1.5 lakh was missing from Shubha Khote’s cupboard after that.
