Malayalam film actor and Rajya Sabha member Suresh Gopi will contest the general elections from the Thrissur consÂtituency in Kerala. Former Congress leadÂer Tom Vadakkan, who quit the party and joined the BJP last month, was expecting the Thrissur ticket.
