Tanushree Dutta will challenge the Bombay police’s decision to close the investigation into her harassment complaint against Nana Patekar. Her lawyer on 6th July sought time from the Andheri Railway Mobile court to file a protest petition to challenge the police’s decision to file a ‘B’ summary report in the case. The court has fixed September 7 as the date of hearing.
According to the actress’ advocate, he will produce witnesses in court for recording their statements, and lead evidence in court. He added that he would seek directions for transfer of investigation before appropriate authorities.
It may be recalled that Tanushree had accused Nana of misbehaving with her on the sets of Horn OK Pleassss in 2006.
