Televison actor Manpreet Grewal committed suicide on 15th May at his residence at Kharghar in Navi Mumbai. He was 32 and had been suffering from mental depression as he owed people money, and many of his work assignments had come to a halt due to the lockdown. He starred in serials like Aadat Se Majboor and Kuldeepak.
Manmeet, whose real name was Amarjyot Singh, killed himself in his flat by hanging himself from the ceiling fan while his wife was having dinner in the kitchen.
