Two contractors and their workers clashed at Film City in Bombay on 8th July in a dispute over a set construction. Blows were exchanged and the two groups also beat up each other with sticks. Four persons were injured. The two contractors – Shiva Shetty and Ranjit – have been arrested for attempted murder. According to the police, both are history-sheeters. One of Shetty’s workers, Ashraf Ali, was also booked.
