Actor Veeru Krishnan (in white kurta-pyjama in picture above) passed away on 7th September in Bombay. He was adept at Kathak dance and used to teach the dance form. He had taught Kathak to several stars, including Priyanka Chopra, Lara Dutta, Tisca Chopra, Katrina Kaif and Athiya Shetty, most of who expressed their shock on social media on learning about his demise.
Veeru had played noteworthy roles in films like Raja Hindustani, Ishq, Akele Hum Akele Tum and Dulhe Raja.
