Popular Telugu film actor Venu Madhav passed away on 25th September at Yashoda Hospital in Secunderabad due to liver and kidney complications. He was only 39 years old. He is survived by his wife and two children. He had acted in over 600 films and was well-known for his comic roles. He had also worked in television and was a mimicry artiste and comedian. He started out as a mimicry artiste who used to imitate celebrities and politicians in their local dialects. Besides Telugu, he had worked in some Tamil and Kannada films too.
Among the hundreds of films he had done in Telugu were Sampradayam, Master, Tholi Prema, Lakshmi, Dil, Hungama, Bhookailash, Gokulamalo Seetha, Premabhishekam and Sye.
