Released this week in U.P. (at Bareilly and Saharanpur), Chitragrahi Films’ Hansa Ek Sanyog(UA) is a poor fare about eunuchs. It has a dull script (by Santosh Kashyap).
Akhilendra Mishra gives a spirited performance. Sharat Saxena is fair. Sayaji Shinde does well. Deepshikha Nagpal is okay. Aman Verma lends routine support. Mantra Patel, Vaishnavi Macdonald, Ayush Shrivastava, Pammi Motan and Pankaj Shukla lend average support.
Direction (by Santosh Kashyap and Dhiraj Verma) is rather dull. Music (by Lalit Mishra and Prekhar Verma) is weak. Lyrics (Dhiraj Verma, Santosh Kashyap and Dheeraj Kumar) are nothing to shout about. Arvind K.’s camerawork is alright. J.D. Singh’s editing is loose.
On the whole, Hansa Ek Sanyog is a weak fare.
