Maktum Shah, father of Anees Barudwale, director of the under-production 3 Shyaane, passed away yesterday (25th August) at his family home in Dharwad. He was 98 years old. He was a retired headmaster of a school and many big names of Karnataka today had been his students. After his retirement, he used to teach poor children for free.
