Kangana Ranaut and her sister, Rangoli Chandel, have replied to the Bandra (Bombay) police’s second notice, stating that they will present themselves only after 15th November. The police had first served them a notice on October 21. The second notice was served on November 3 for them to appear on November 9 or 10. However, they have expressed their inability to appear on November 9 or 10 as they are busy with the marriage of their cousin in their hometown.
