A special Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) court yesterday (4th August) granted investigating officers of the Enforcement Directorate (ED) permission to interrogate DHFL promoters Kapil and Dheeraj Wadhawan under provisions of the Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA). Dheeraj Wadhawan is also a film producer. The court said, questioning can take place from August 9 to 11, 2021 at Taloja jail where the brothers are lodged.
