TAWANG TO GET ITS FIRST CINEMA | 15 November, 2021

The farthest North-Eastern district of India, Tawang in Arunachal Pradesh, will get its first cinema on 20th November. An 80-seat cinema will cater to a population of 50,000.

Jadooz, which caters to small and remote areas of the country, will open its first airconditioned screen with a high-end virtual reality facility in Tawang. The cinema will also double up as a platform for teaching virtually. Arunachal Pradesh currently has barely three or four cinemas, including one in Itanagar but none in Tawang.
