Producer-director K.D. Shorey passed away yesterday (16th September) in Bombay. He was 92. Actor-son Ranvir Shorey shared the sad news of the demise today. His chautha will be held on 19th September from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Maheshwari Bhavan, New Link Road Extension, near Oshiwara Police Station, Andheri West, Bombay.
Krishan Dev Shorey had produced Bad Aur Badnaam, Zinda Dil and Be-Reham. He had also directed Maha-Yuddh. K.D. Shorey was the former general secretary of the Film Makers’ Combine. He had also served on the executive committee of the IMPPA for many years.
