Krishnavataram – Part 1: The Heart (Hridayam) did fairly well in the first week, but only in pockets. After netting Rs. 0.40 crore in paid previews on Thursday (March 7), it collected Rs. 1 crore on the first day of the first week. Collections doubled on Saturday (Rs. 2.10 crore) and trebled on Sunday (Rs. 3 crore). After a 4-day weekend total of Rs. 6.50 crore, collections during the weekdays were as follows: Monday – Rs. 1.25 crore, Tuesday – Rs. 1.50 crore, Wednesday – Rs. 1.35 crore, Thursday – Rs. 1.30 crore. Hence the total for the weekdays was Rs. 5.40 crore. In this way, the first week closed at Rs. 11.90 crore.

Main Actor Nahin Hoon bombed miserably in the first week.
Daadi Ki Shaadi fared poorly in 1st week. It netted Rs. 3.25 crore in the first weekend, and another Rs. 1.40 crore during the weekdays. Therefore, the first week closed at Rs. 4.65 crore.

Dug Dug could do nothing worthwhile in its first week.
Baazingg Khwatai performed miserably in the first week.
M4M – Motive For Murder (dubbed) did poor business in 1st week.
Mortal Kombat II (dubbed and the original English versions) could not do anything substantial in 1st week. It netted Rs. 1.30 crore on the first day. Collections grew slightly on Saturday which closed at Rs. 1.73 crore. The total for Sunday was lower, at Rs. 1.56 crore. After a weekend total of Rs. 4.59 crore, collections during the weekday were: Monday – Rs. 0.53 crore, Tuesday – Rs. 0.58 crore, Wednesday – Rs. 0.39 crore, Thursday – Rs. 0.36 crore. With the total for the weekdays being Rs. 1.86 crore, the first week closed at Rs. 6.45 crore.

Raja Shivaji (dubbed) netted approximately Rs. 4.80 crore in 2nd week, taking its grand total for 2 weeks to Rs. 16.20 crore.

Bhooth Bangla continued to yield fair shares. It started its fourth weekend with a take of Rs. 1.35 crore on Friday. Collections on Saturday and Sunday increased to Rs. 2.75 crore and Rs. 3.50 crore respectively. After a fourth weekend total of Rs. 7.60 crore, collections on the weekdays were as follows: Monday – Rs. 1.20 crore, Tuesday – Rs. 1.55 crore, Wednesday – 1.10 crore, Thursday – Rs. 1.05 crore. Therefore, the total for the weekdays was Rs. 4.90 crore. In this way, the fourth week closed at Rs. 12.50 crore. Grand total for 4 weeks: Rs. 144.55 crore.

Lee Cronin’s The Mummy (dubbed and the original English versions) collected Rs. 0.86 crore in the fourth weekend, and another Rs. 0.52 crore during the weekdays. Hence the total for 4th week was Rs. 1.38 crore. Grand total for 4 weeks: Rs. 28 crore.

Project Hail Mary (dubbed and the original English versions) added Rs. 0.67 crore to its kitty in the seventh weekend, and Rs. 0.35 crore during the weekdays. Hence the total for 7th week was Rs. 1.02 crore. Grand total for 7 weeks: Rs. 72.71 crore.

Dhurandhar: The Revenge netted Rs. 4 crore in 8th week, taking its grand total for 8 weeks to Rs. 1,067.30 crore.

Raja Shivaji (Marathi) continued to shine all over Maharashtra in 2nd week.
