Minutes after the news of Amitabh Bachchan’s hospitalisation for COVID-19 comes the news that son Abhishek, too, has tested positive. Around 45 minutes back, Amitabh himself tweeted that he had tested COVID positive. The tweet also mentioned that his family members and staff had been tested and their reports were awaited. The latest news is that like his father, Abhishek has also tested positive for coronavirus. Abhishek has also reportedly been admitted to Nanavati Hospital where Bachchan senior is. It is learnt that Amitabh is asymptomatic and his condition is fair. Details about Abhishek are awaited.
