A Bangalore sessions court on October 14 rejected the bail application of Kannada film actor Darshan Toogudeepa in the Renukaswamy murder case, saying that the call records and DNA report positively established his presence at the crime scene. The bail pleas of his actress-friend, Pavithra Gowda, and three others were also rejected. However, two others were granted bail.
The accused had moved the bail applications last week.
