Singer Anuradha Paudwal joined the Bharatiya Janata Party on March 16. Addressing a press conference along with BJP leaders, Paudwal praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi and said, she was happy to join the party led by him. She clarified that she didn’t know whether she would contest the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.
Anuradha Paudwal was conferred the Padma Shri in 2017. She also performed at the Ram Mandir Pran Pratishtha event in Ayodhya on January 22, 2024.
