Arjun Rampal’s partner, Gabriella Demetriades, appeared before the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) at its office today (11th November). The NCB had summoned Arjun on 12th (tomorrow) and his girlfriend today (11th) after its officials claimed to have found two ‘banned tablets’ during a search of his home in Capri Heights at Bandra (Bombay) on 9th. NCB officials said, the seizure fell under the ambit of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act. Arjun had told the NCB that he had a doctor’s prescription for the tablets.
Agisilaos Demetriades, brother of Arjun’s girlfriend, had been arrested some days back in the drugs case.
