The Malad Malvani police in Bombay yesterday (27th July) filed a fresh FIR in connection with the pornographic films’ case against Shilpa Shetty’s husband, Raj Kundra. However, Kundra himself was not named in the FIR. Instead, actress-model Gehana Vasisth and four producers of Hotshots, the app on which Kundra’s films were uploaded, were named in the FIR. It was filed on the basis of a complaint by a Bombay-based model who told the Bombay crime branch that she had been promised a break in a big-budget Hindi film but had been made to act in adult films.
With this FIR, more trouble seems to be brewing for Kundra. Meanwhile, the crime branch summoned Gehana but she cited health issues to seek a postponement.
