The Central Board of Film Certification has resumed the work of watching films for certification in almost all regional offices except Bombay. The Bombay regional office has not started functioning because there are too many cases of coronavirus patients in the city. However, so as not to inconvenience producers of Bombay, the CBFC is volunteering to watch films of Bombay-based producers in other regional offices. For dubbed films too, producers are being allowed to have them examined at CBFC offices which are in closer proximity.
