The Valiv police on February 16 filed a chargesheet in the Vasai court against TV actor Sheezan Khan who has been charged with abetment to suicide by co-star and ex-girlfriend Tunisha Sharma in December 2022. Sheezan has been lodged in Thane jail since December 31, 2022.
His bail plea will come up for hearing in the Bombay high court today (February 17).
Khan and Tunisha were lead actors in TV serial Ali Baba: Dastaan-E-Kabul. On December 24 last year, Tunisha was found hanging in the washroom of Sheezan’s make-up room in a studio at Naigaon where the serial was being shot.
