The Christmas week brings good cheer and initiates the festive spirit which runs through till the following year’s 1st January (New Year’s Day). But this very Christmas week seems to be pretty unlucky for Ranveer Singh, at least as far as his new film releases are concerned.
Cirkus, which was released today (23rd December), opened to dull houses, and its public reports are also not up to the mark. Last year too, the Christmas week brought in bad news for Ranveer as his 83, which hit the screens on 24th December, 2021, proved a damp squib at the turnstiles. His Simmba, released post-Christmas (on 28th December, 2018), however, was a super-hit.
